  • What is the Ride of Courage?
An unforgettable, all-inclusive event that’s as much about making memories as it is about making a difference! This fully supported, 3-day ride invites cyclists of all levels to challenge themselves with multiple routes and distances, all while helping raise funds for families affected by childhood cancer. Riders will depart each day from Water Valley, cycling through scenic routes and returning to Camp Kindle for evenings packed with fun and relaxation. Think delicious meals, comfortable accommodations, nutritious snacks, exclusive event jerseys, route support, and plenty of camp activities like entertainment, post-ride massages, and cozy campfires to unwind.
  • Do I have to fundraise?
Well, yes. The Ride of Courage, with the help of our lovely sponsors & volunteers began as a fundraising event for The Kids Cancer Care Foundation of Alberta - and we intend to keep it that way. Cyclists participating in the ride are encouraged to fundraise based on their commitment to the ride! All funds go directly to helping kids and families impacted by childhood cancer. Ready to ride for a cause? We’d love for you to be part of the journey! Learn more by clicking on our "Fundraising" Tab!
